This Privacy Policy explains how Ensure Corporation Co., Ltd. ("ESPEK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit espekusa.com (the "Site"), send us an inquiry, have an ESPEK product warranty registered, or otherwise contact us (together, the "Services"). ESPEK is a brand of paint protection films, windshield protection films, window films, installation solutions, and aftercare products. We do not sell products directly through the Site.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Communications	Information you provide when you contact us by email or phone, including information related to warranty claims.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. Fonts on the Site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on the Site.

Information from other sources

We receive information about you from authorized ESPEK installers when they register a warranty on your behalf, and we may use publicly available business information to review installer and distributor applications.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and review installer, dealer, and distributor applications;
• Register, verify, and administer product warranties and warranty claims, and send warranty confirmations;
• Trace installed products to their film rolls for quality control and to detect counterfeit or diverted products;
• Help you find authorized installers;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our products;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use your information for marketing messages unless you ask us to or give separate consent.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers that operate the Services for us: Google (form processing, data storage, and email delivery) and our website hosting provider. They may use personal information only to provide services to us.
• Authorized installers and distributors when needed to complete a warranty registration, respond to your inquiry, or process a warranty claim (for example, the installer who performed your installation can see your warranty registration).
• Legal and safety purposes, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ESPEK, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
• With your consent or at your direction.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site against malicious traffic. You can block cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not work properly. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this Policy and offer choices where required by law. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them.

5. Data Retention

• Warranty registrations are kept for the warranty period of the registered product (3 to 10 years depending on the product) plus the time needed to resolve any pending claim.
• Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain any resulting business relationship.
• Hosting logs are kept for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorized personnel. Installer codes and PINs restrict who can register warranties. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

We and our service providers may store and process personal information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the countries where we and our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. When we transfer personal information, we take steps to protect it as described in this Policy.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing email@ensurekr.com. Deleting a warranty registration may mean we can no longer verify or honor the warranty. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live (see Section 9).

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws), and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of information, sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete personal information we have collected from you;
• Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California notice at collection

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and IP address); customer records (such as vehicle information and VIN); commercial information (such as warranty registrations and the products installed); and professional or employment-related information (for installer, dealer, and distributor applicants). We collect this information from the sources and use it for the purposes described in Sections 1 and 2, disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 3, and retain it as described in Section 5.

How to submit a request

To exercise your rights, email us at email@ensurekr.com. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we already have, such as your warranty number and phone number. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal."

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and installer websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
